Hi Elke

Alvin and I had a wonderful time--we are definitely recommending this trip to friends who ask how we liked it. We are enjoying the Belgian chocolates, German Riesling, French pate, and Dutch cheeses we brought back. The ship experience was excellent, and Amsterdam is an incredibly beautiful and interesting city to wander through.

Hi Elke

Firstly apologies for not getting in touch sooner about the great holiday you organised for us.

The selection of towns was interesting and varied.
Heidelberg and Rothenberg gave us a taste of medieval Europe and then there was modern and more recent history in Munich and Nuremberg . Baden Baden and Lake Konstanz were quite beautiful and in particular the drive through the Black Forest stunning.
The GPS is  a must and worked well when we programmed it properly. The driving distances each day were about right although we did get a little lost on the Munich to Lake Konstanz leg. It was always going to be the longest day but the directions could have been a little clearer. Having said that we had a ball driving through the countryside exploring!!
The choice of hotels was spot on. The Hotel Steigenberger in Lake Konstanz is a converted Monastery and was magical.(I am running out of adjectives). Choosing older hotels right in the middle of the old towns of Heidelberg and Rothenberg was ideal as was the Grand Hotel in Nuremberg just adjacent to the old town.
Frankfurt airport and the hire car pickup and drop off worked seamlessly.
Our personalised walking tours were a real highlight and were all enjoyable and informative.
We have raved about our holiday to lots of friends and would happily recommend your services. We have you in mind for our next European holiday!!

Hi Elke

Geoff and I would like to thank you so very much for all you did to make our trip to Germany a most memorable and relaxing journey. We thoroughly enjoyed the tours you had organised, the accommodation was superb and the car was amazing. We were also very lucky with the weather, cold but at least there was no snow or icy conditions. Our only one hiccup was when we went to collect the car from Avis we were told we needed either an AMEX or Diners card to be able to rent a J Class car. Luckily your agents in Germany helped us out and Avis agreed to rent to the car to us without either credit card. This was because we were never told of the requirement as Avis didn't advise you either. Very lucky and a special thank you to the agency you use also, they were extremely helpful.

We will be sure to use you again if traveling to Germany!

All was wonderful!
The arrangements you organized for my parents were great- they had good flights, the transfer from the airport went smoothly, and the staff at the hotel/tour company were great. We took advantage of a few of the day tours once we were there and we found the service to be very good.

I will definately recommend your services to anyone wishing to book a tour in the future. Thank you very much for all of your help and for answering the endless emails that I have sent over the past months. I appreciate your excellent customer service and professionalism. We had a wonderful trip, but it's great to home again. Everything went off without a hitch. A couple of driver changes, but that was it. Everyone was on-time and the hotels ranged from excellent to good. You did a terrific job and all of us appreciate your efforts. I'll definitely recommend your company to all my friends and family.
