From the glittering waters of Lake Constance to the Swiss metropolis of Zurich to the lovely town of Lucerne located on Lake Lucerne on to the Alsatian Capital of Strasbourg. Drive through the Black Forest to Baden- Baden to Stuttgart.

Day 1: Stuttgart

Stuttgard Arrival at Stuttgart Airport, pick-up your rental car and take a short drive to the city of Stuttgart. After checking at your hotel - time at leisure. Explore the city of Stuttgart at your own pace. Stuttgart's panoramic setting in the idylic Neckar Valley surrounded by forests, vineyard's and gentle hills awaits you on your first afternoon.

Day 2: Stuttgart - Lake Constance

Konstanz on Lake Constance. Rhine Gate Tower After breakfast, drive to Friedrichshafen or Konstanz on Lake Constance. Stroll along the promenade and enjoy the scenic views. Visit the Zeppelin Museum. Have dinner at one of the traditional wine taverns.

Day 3: Lake Constance - Zurich

After breakfast, visit the Flower Island of Mainau. Enjoy some of the many short excursions available while being on this charming pictureque island.

Day 4: Zurich - Lucerne

ZurichAfter breakfast, leave Germany and drive to Zurich, Switzerland. Zurich’s well-preserved Old Town on the banks of the Limmat River is home to countless places of interest that are just waiting to be discovered. From the Fraumuenster church with its stained-glass windows by Marc Chagall to the Kunsthaus art museum, and from the Bahnhofstrasse to Paradeplatz, Zurich is home to world-renowned places. The famous monument of Hans Escher at Bahnhofplatz probably enjoys the most prominent location in the city.

In Zürich visitors can choose from about 2,000 bars and restaurants to satisfy their palates with delicacies from around the globe. Popular are about 480 open-air restaurants frequented by guests during spring and fall. “Blinde Kuh” is a very unique restaurant, being the first restaurant in the world to be operated by blind people. At this restaurant with an elaborate ambience, internationally acclaimed chefs offer exquisite culinary creations - cuisine-with-a-difference by the water.

Day 5: Zurich - Lucerne

Lucerne, Chapel BridgeAfter breakfast leave Zurich and head to Lucerne, one of the most well-loved cities in the world with its bridges and tower, its art and culture. The two medieval covered wooden bridges that connect the new and the old part of the town are main focal points. The Watertower and the Chapelbridge are also the city's landmarks. The city is located on Lake Lucerne

Day 6: Lucerne - Strasbourg

Basel, Switzerland After breakfast drive from Lucerne to Strasbourg. You might want to stop in Basel on your way. Basel is by far the art and architecture capital of Switzerland. Its 40 museums, cover an area of almost 37 km2. They can be easily reached on foot, mostly by strolling through romantic lanes and alleys in the Old Town.

Continue your trip to Strasbourg, the intellectual and economic capital of Alsace, France. Check-in at your hotel and ex[plore the city on your own.

Day 7: Strasbourg

Strasbourg. Little France In Strasbourg, Alsatian traditions are as lively as they are original. Its houses with their half-timbering and sloping roofs give Alsatian towns and villages an almost fairy-tale feel. Have a private guided tour of Strasbourg. Many restaurants enliven the city, several gastronomic restaurants are even classified among the best of France. Authentic specialties can be tasted in the "winstubs", small typical wine bars of Strasbourg.

Day 8: Strasbourg - Stuttgart

Zurich After breakfast leave Strasbourg for a scenic drive through  the Black Forest to Baden-Baden.

Stop in the famous spa town with its superb architecture and its elegant, world-famous casino. After some time at leisure continue you trip to Stuttgart. Enjoy a farewell with dinner and a possible visit to a show or opera (depending on show times and dates)
