Day 2: BerlinToday, with your private guide, explore the main sights of Germany’s most important and most exciting city. See Brandenburg Gate, Check Point Charlie, the Parliament Reichstag, Berlin Cathedral and the former seat of the communist government of East Germany. Take a boat trip which gives you a view of some important sights from the channels. After pick of rental car, the rest of the day is free for own activities like exploring the numerous, well known museums, or roam around the many boutiques and department store - the KaDeWe. Overnight in Berlin at same hotel. Day 3: Berlin - LeipzigAfter breakfast, travel south to Leipzig. Overnight in Eisenach Day 6: Eisenach - Ruedesheim / AssmannshausenAfter breakfast, travel from Eisenach to Assmannshausen, Ruedesheim, famous for its wines and vineyards. The romantic town at the banks of the river Rhine is located in the wine-growing region Rheingau. Stroll through charming downtown with its famous Drosselgasse. Visit the Niederwald monument, the castle Niederwald, visit the Asbach-Uralt distillery or the Hildegard’s Abbey in the vineyards above Ruedesheim in Eibingen. Arrive at Lake Constance in the afternoon and enjoy walking through picturesque Konstanz. You may visit the famous flower island "Mainau".
